How do I download my free trial?

Visit our homepage and click "Download Free Trial." The trial is full-featured for 7 days, no credit card required.

My license key isn't working. What do I do?

Make sure you're entering the key exactly as it appears in your purchase confirmation email. If it still doesn't work, send me a message with your order number.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full 7-day free trial so you can test everything before purchasing. Because of this, we don't offer refunds after purchase. Please use the trial to make sure it works for you.

Does XLNavigator work with Mac?

Currently, XLNavigator only works with Excel on Windows (7, 8, 10, 11). Mac support is not available at this time.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?

Yes! Each license can be activated on up to 3 Windows devices. If you need more, you can purchase additional licenses or contact me for volume pricing.
